Emergency blip

This may be the last of the bell peppers in the garden. I mixed beef, rice, Gouda, and cheddar cheese with a pineapple habanero sauce and stuffed them! They are amazing! Not hot just full of flavor!
Sorry I’ve been absent. Wednesday I broke out in a horrible rash basically all over. Not an allergy bc the steroids haven’t touched it. My next two options are a virus or auto immune disorder. I should know by Monday.
I’m hoping virus. I am not up to snuff. Will catch up when I can.
