Up And At 'Em

To paraphrase Ferris Bueller, "How can I be expected to stay in bed on a morning like this?"

Up at 0515 for a lovely 22 km run. No Shelter playing on my i-Pod; seemed to fit the image perfectly. 

A beautiful day ahead, including playing baseball in the park with Arthur (Boy Wonder to my Batman.)
