Lantern Festival

It's damn noisey here. Today is Lantern Festival. While it is a festival in its own right, it marks

- Lantern Festival
- The end of Spring Festival
- The last 'legal' night for fireworks till next year.

So every man, woman, child, dog, goldfish and their buddies, is letting off fireworks. It's amazing to see but it's 7:30pm they have already been going non stop across the city for 3 hours and there are still 3 or 4 hours left to go.

I went out armed with tripod, camera and remote to try and catch some of the action. Got lots of pics but liked this one the best. I may go out again.
