Strudel

A work colleague was handing out many apples yesterday as her apple trees have produced more than she can ever use.
So I baked an apple strudel today. 

It's delicious. I'll have a second slice later.

In other news - the familiar ugly green wall is up in the park again. There's a festival this weekend. It's my weekend off work which is sod's law.
