MonoMonday 243 Escape

It has been rather stretch to make this image relate to this week's theme of Escape, but I think that I can fairly say that I escaped my work desk for a while this morning to take a walk in Linder's Field with Zeus09smum and Zeus.  You can't of course see from this shot that the sky was a glorious blue and the temperature as warm as any Summer's day.  
This shot did amuse us as a magpie spent quite some time teasing and dive bombing Zeus, before eventually flying up to a tree squawking and chattering loudly.  Zeus remained extremely dignified and only gave chase once, out of courtesy really.

This evening, Mr MC, his business partner  and I, met up with our accountant for our annual chat ( as always we're hoping for the last time), followed by dinner at a local Indian restaurant.  As we approached we saw a red carpet outside...and went in to discover that they were celebrating their 7th anniversary with free food for all and an 'Elvis' evening.  Not quite what we had expected but great fun.


Backblipping again, with lots of gaps this week - where does the time go!
