My handknitted blankey

My hand knitted blankey was a gift from a friend. It keeps me warm when the weather is rough and it does that inside me and out it is so very lovely. 

I am late taking my magic half-tab. 

Tomorrow I will set the alarm on my mobile to try to alarm myself into taking it at a designated time. I feel so much better for the sleep. 

I notice tonight my fingernails are too tough to bite. That I was trying to bite them tells me my stress level has risen because I was up way past my bedtime ... so blippers, it's again goodnight from me and goodnight from Rose (my lovely blanket).
