Keep Off At All Times

This sign on a green tank at Wells-Next-The-Sea has always amused me (yes, I am easily amused). I've never found it but I have wondered if there is another tank nearby with the sign "Keep Off Except Between The Hours of XX and XX".

"It's raining outside" is another phrase I like for similar easily-amused reasons - as I've never known it to rain inside yet.
