Time warp

Enjoyed the fragrance and "light" as I sat next to the Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow shrub at the gym, reading journal articles.

Wish everyday could start with a 90 minute dive down the scientific rabbit hole, followed by the exhilaration of a STEP class. 

Friday is my favourite day !

NOTE :  This morning's rabbit hole - you are what you first eat.  Turns out, babies begin swallowing amniotic fluid at the 12 week mark in utero.   This helps baby's gut develop, supplements baby's nutrition and exposes baby to the bugs circulating in amniotic fluid.
