The smallest house in Kampen is a two-room house at the Burgwal 98 in Kampen. It is the smallest house in Kampen. It is only 1.4 meters wide and 4.5 meters deep. The spout with a profiled stone shoulder piece suggests that the building was originally in use as a warehouse.

The device dates from the early twentieth century. The property can only be viewed from outside. In 1992 the house was renovated by the Stichting Stadsherstel.
