A very wild day today.  According to the BBC weather app wind speeds were 60 - 68 mph!  Seems to be calming down now.  Trees have been uprooted and a lorry blew over on the M6!  I've just got the one branch down so that's good.  Just as I was about to watch the local news at 6pm the power went!   Came back two hours later.  In the meantime I cleaned the inside of the car, and walked Misty on the marsh where the clouds were very dramatic.
