Seed bath

One of our neighbours has at least six mature silver birch trees in their garden.

They produce an ENORMOUS number of tiny seeds which invade every possible space. Our garden is layered with what must surely be billions of seeds. They invade the flat, the bathtub, the food, the bed….everything.

This view is of our birdbath. A humble dish which I  keep clean and topped up with fresh water.

Here the local wildlife comes down to drink; birds, foxes, hedgehogs, wildebeest, etc.

Now look at it. Clogged with silver birch seeds every day
