Tilikum Crossing...

on a beautiful September day. No cars allowed...open to pedestrians, bicyclists,  streetcar and city bus. Makes for a quiet bridge over the Willamette River. This interesting red balloon sculpture stands outside the OHSU Collaborative Life Sciences Building at the East end of the bridge.
