Even in Earlsferry!

On a few days each year the Parking Attendant can be seen on the streets of the holiday villages. I've seen them twice this year and writing out a parking ticket both times - they never seem to arrive at the height of the season. I'm sure that this motorist will be 'kicking himself (or herself)' tonight!!
