Torno

As we approach the end of our stay at Lake Como we decided to be a little adventurous and visit a village we have not been to previously.

We took the bus down to Cernobbio, and then a ferry over to Torno on the east bank not far north of Como. The port is quite picturesque, and as far as we could tell is probably the prettiest part of the village. Walking inland we came to the main road running from Como to Bellagio.

After a walk around Torno we took a ferry back over to Cernobbio where we had a nice (but late) lunch before taking the ferry back to Lenno.
