What Am I Doing?

Who Are You Calling Weird, Bud?

After a string of pretty awful days, the weather turned perfect today and Annie an I went for a drive. She had a piece from her old house in an estate sale that I wanted to see before it’s possible sale. It was a large traditional scene embroidered by one woman over the period of a year that won a national prize in Korea in the early 50s. It was a gift to her father in thanks for journals he sent for their library. Walking to the sale we had noticed some interesting plantings at the side of the road. I was struck by how many end of season berries, fruits, and seed pods there were and I how pthe plans were changing color in interesting ways.
