Perfectly Framed

I was first to arrive for an MTA training on river crossings at Brathay Pool, Ambleside, and so had a few minutes to wander along the bank. This was literally a ‘quick, take the shot right now’ moment.

The training was wet & cold obviously, but very worthwhile. And of course it was fairweathergirl sunny :-)

Unfortunately due to extreme winter weather, this module of the syllabus was missed off my Mountain Training week last March, and, whilst it sounds obvious, you really don’t know how the force of the water might feel until you try it. It was a very worthwhile training.
