Needs some improvement

This building is in the middle of a road that has well maintained properties.  I have posted this derelict building in honour of SarumStroller who started the DerelictSunday challenge.  

On Friday night I was sitting happily watching TV when something very cold landed on my shoulder.  A piece of ice had fallen from the air conditioner.  On Saturday it became clear that the air conditioner in the lounge was not working.  Hubby tried cleaning the unit to no avail.  We sweltered through Saturday.  Fortunately the bedroom unit is ok so we could sleep ok.  The soonest that the air conditioning engineer can come out is Tuesday afternoon.   We do have a dehumidifier which helps but I  am missing the cool of real air conditioning.
