Washing machine stopped by rampant honeysuckle

How so?
Well. The washing machine suddenly stopped this morning, this was caused by the trip switch tripping. Then we saw water flooding out of the light fitting in a downstairs room. I had just had a shower. The shower water hadn't drained away properly because the waste pipe had become detached underneath the bath. That was caused by an overgrown honeysuckle outside wrapping itself around the outside part of the waste pipe, and then in Storm Ali last week the honeysuckle had blown around causing the waste pipe to come apart.
Simple really.
Well done LooseCanon for diagnosing the problem. Not too much damage was done and we're going to redecorate that room soon anyway.

Oh yes, a fly on a flower is today's blip.
