Waterfront, Cardigan

Holiday backblip 2

After a rather overpriced breakfast at the Starbucks next to our accommodation, we left Chester and MrM drove us through the fabulous scenery of Mid Wales. Delighted to spot three red kites as we travelled. Stopped en route in Cardigan, for a very late lunch at a lovely cafe on the waterfront, and then had a wander round the town.

Not far from there to our holiday cottage, Ty Rhost, near Fishguard. Owned by Blipper Ceridwen, it's comfortable and cosy, and we appreciated the fresh flowers and sweet home-grown tomatoes awaiting our arrival. MrM said it all as he stepped through the door - "Lovely, it's perfect!"

After settling in, it was fish & chips for tea after a long day.
