Covent Garden

Early train to London thanks to Daddy's taxi service. It meant we could avoid the tube and walk in the autumn sun to Pineapple.

While C danced, I had coffee in the Opera House. Lovely surroundings and nice coffee too. It could become an regular haunt.

C came out of class a little subdued. Knee pain caused her to miss out some of the exercises. Growing pains again I think but we iced it on the train to be sure.

A potential train fire (not ours) caused us to be very late home. Despite being on a peak train we were going to have to change at Stevenage to get back to Hitchin and the delays meant we'd missed the connection. But Daddy's taxi service and W came to the rescue and collected us from Stevenage.
