Get Walkers to speed up

Walkers have said they will stop using plastic bags for their snacks by 2025.
By then they’ll have produced 28 billion more plastic packets that will litter our beaches,
our streets, and pile up in landfills.

So If, like me, you think they are dragging their feet a little, you can encourage them by using their FREEPOST mail address to return their empty packets.

You will need:

•    A Walkers crisp packet (or even a few!)
•    Paper or a sticky label
•    A pen and some sellotape

How to post your packet
·      Tape up the open end of the crisp packet(Royal Mail won't accept it if it's unsealed as other letters might end up inside)
·      Write the following freepost address on the labelor paper and stick it on the crisp packet (there’s no need to put it in an envelope!)

·       Pop it in the post! You don't need a stamp because you're using a freepost address.

The campaign is being organized by 38Degrees if you want to know more

PS The Royal Mail has stepped in by asking people to put the packets in envelopes because otherwise they have to be manually processed
