Florencecourt

We started the day at Belleek, we did the tour so learnt how the pottery developed and watched the craftspeople working on different items. Belleek is renowned for fine Parian china and any items that do not meet their very high standards are destroyed - and I got to demonstrate how! Felt quite strange intentionally breaking china!
Next we set off for the Lough Navar forest scenic drive - the views were amazing, especially from the Maghdo overlook - on a clear day you could see right across to the Atlantic ocean, and you really got a sense of the size of Lower Lough Erne. My photos didn't really do it justice, a bit too cloudy today :-(
Today's blip though was our last visit of the day, to Florencecourt, a National Trust property just outside Enniskillen. We did a tour which was excellent, the house isn't huge by standards of the time, but is quite beautiful.
