Second attempt

Okay so I am becoming a Sourdough bore after all. This is my second loaf. More salt and the flavour is better. I've got a proving basket now so it has some shape and I put flax seeds on top before baking it. Someone has asked for a loaf on Thursday in return for a homemade veg curry so I'll be getting a bit more practice. I'm going to try using a dough blade in my food processor to knead the dough as my poor arthritic wrists are not as strong as they used to be.
