Harrier Talk

Awesome visit to Manchester today. As part of the 100 years of the RAF. Out of all the Harrier Jump Jets that were ever built, this one was from 4th Squadron. Where my Dad once worked! Quite an emotional scene especially seeing that one of the Falkland pilots were there chatting away (see extra). An amazing piece of engineering. The rest of the planes included a Spitfire (surprise surprise), a Typhoon Jet, the front part of a Lancaster Bomber and a Bouncing Bomb. Mega busy & wet, but well worth the visit despite being a bit worn out after yesterday's stag do up in the Lakes.
