All too often

This is a scene I see all too often.  She is always so tired in the evening, and after homework....she just don't have much more energy than required to play on her phone.  Often she is connecting with friends, but all too often she is just looking at this and that.  We need to find a bit more balance, I think.  Parenting is hard.
