Portugal’s Coast

I don’t think I’ve ever seen more brilliantly blue water ( even in Hawaii), than we did today on the coast of Portugal near Lagos. We had planned to take a boat trip to a nearby island and also see the caves close up, but it was so windy no boats went out all day. Sadly, wind is predicted for tomorrow too. Still, we drove along the coastline and saw some amazing views, so I couldn’t be too disappointed. Tomorrow we are headed north to Evora and the famous vineyards of Portugal.
Graeteful today for.. a peanut butter and banana sandwich at lunch. I hadn’t had peanut butter for weeks and it was SO GOOD.
