MJF on Tour

Every few years, the Monterey Jazz Festival assembles a special group of artists to go on  national tour after performing together at the Festival. This year the group was highlighted by three talented young woman — Melissa Aldana on sax, Bria Skonberg on trumpet and vocals, and vocalist Cecile McLorin Salvant. Rising women jazz artists were prominent at the year’s festival.
