Unexpected/unusual

Mrs BH played football yesterday but had forgotten to take her shirt in. Rather than play in her vest like we used to have to do at school, she borrowed a red top from a colleague. Turns out it was an Arsenal shirt, and she's now brought it home for washing, but deposited it on the kitchen table, as you do!

And no, it didn't help her play any better. In fact she said she played worse than usual. Should have borrowed a <insert name of more favoured club that plays in red here> shirt instead!
