Solitary leaf

I found this leaf floating on a lake. Although the water was quite choppy elsewhere this was in a spectacularly calm area.
Mr CG has been approached about a very good job abroad. When he first mentioned it I surprised myself by not dismissing the idea immediately. I've now come round to the idea and even got excited. He says to stop thinking about it because there are many hoops to go through yet - so much easier said than done!
