BAD BUSINESS

This ice cream truck parks on the street to sell to the children after school. At least a 1/3 of the time he parks in someone's drive way blocking access to someones home. He won't come early enough to park on the street where it is legal and won't park on the opposite side of the street when there is legal parking presumably because most of the foot traffic walks on this side. One of these days after I collect enough photographs of illegal parking I sent them to the city.
