Sunrise Kayak

We couldn't have wish for better weather today, it was certainly worth the 5.15 start!

An amazing sunrise, a calm sea, a seals bottom (well spotted K) a quick swim, more of a float in a 5mm wetsuit & a tasty breakfast.

K & I then went off to do a Body Combat class whilst A was at band, then a wander round the shops, games with my nephews and then out for tea and drinks in Whitley Bay. Time to sleep!!
