Dr. Lucy Tomlinson

well after 4 years Lucy passed her PhD viva today - I am very proud of her. It has been a struggle but she always put the effort in and produced some very nice data on single crystal diamond which we are currently writing up. I have enjoyed having Lucy in the group and I am sure she will do well in her new career as a teacher - she is well suited to it.

well done Lucy, I'll miss the brightly coloured attire!
