Smokey 1350 hr (Saturday 29th September 2018)

Smokey was dozing on the car-port roof at the far end of the garden when he spotted me looking out of the bathroom window (some distance away) and stared back at me. I failed to do anything interesting such as call him in for food so he went back to sleep.

Lozarhythm Of The Day:
Philip Glass - Geometry of Circles (1979)
My musical discovery of the day is this piece that Philip Glass wrote for Sesame Street, and that Stuart Maconie unearthed on The Freak Zone a couple of years ago. The animation was designed and created by Cathryn Aison who commissioned Philip Glass to compose and record the music especially for the programme. It seems never to have been released commercially.
