Dogs in coats??

As instructed by Moochie's owner, a coat must be worn if it rains. Which it was!!! Not a believer in dog clothes but I think he looks quite cute!

Didn't later when he was humping his toy dog....twice. One of the most obscene things I have ever witnessed. I feel like my eyes need to be rinsed!!!
