Breakfast

I realised last night that, having got myself a very nice Craster kipper for my breakfast, I didn't have any bread to go with it. So first thing this morning I got up and made this. It was worth the wait as it went very well with the kipper, but I'm afraid the willpower wouldn't allow me to wait until it was completely cool before the first slice was cut.
