Mostly dull but no wind.

Unusually, we managed to set off at the appointed time this morning.   Have had a good run to Dover and staying overnight in Guston, Nr. Deal just 15 mins from Dover ferry port.   A small village with good walks for Holly.   The Guest house does not do food but the pub almost next door served up a good meal, even if the beer was flat - not what we are used to in Yorkshire!

We had a walk around the local Church, St Martins of Tours.   Not much info on the internet except that it was but in C12 and is a Grade II listed building.   Most of the gravestone were illegible they were so old.

Relaxing now with a cuppa, early start in the morning.
