Death wish

Nearly ran over this little guy on the way home tonight. He may have swum across the road had the creek been running, but in the absence of water I thought I'd give him a helping hand.

I doubled back to rescue him from the next driver (in the event they lack my environmental consciousness), nearly hit a kangaroo in the process, and then had to park the car on a blind bend to take a quick blip, before airlifting him to safety.

Not sure who was on the bigger death wish; him or me.
