Calling Crete

He's talking to my sweetheart in Crete. I'd met this young Cretan when his dad visited his friend, my sweetheart, when I was with him on Crete earlier last Summer. Then I learned that this Palikari will continue his studies in Holland at Delft's university... that's almost next to my home. So we arranged then that we'd meet one day here; today we did. I took him to our beach and he was flabbergasted at its length and width. "A length up till the horizon... and beyond it you say?! " Yes, and some more horizons long... WOW!
And somewhere I phoned my dear to tell him of our meeting and pictured my guest while in contact with Crete.
