Toasted crumpets (especially big ones with butter and jam) say "cosy" to me, and that's what the Mono Monday theme is today.

A lady from one of the local churches came around to collect several boxes of kitchen stuff and superfluous duvets I unearthed from various cupboards, which they can use in their soup kitchen and for helping homeless people. It feels as the house has lost some weight. There's so much more to clear out though - where did it all come from?
