Dead Camera

H’s camera ( 100d) has somehow become stuck on this screen. We cannot select the menu and most of the other buttons don’t work, although it does still take photos.

It worked fine, H turned it off for 10 mins then when she turned it back on it was like this.

We’ve tried leaving the battery out for ages, I’ve taken the back off and reseated all the connections but it’s not made a difference.

Any ideas ?
