Where are you in the tree?

We had team training and I really dislike exercises like this. We had to look at the tree and identify with one of the figures. I get what they are all trying to represent as an exercise but that all then makes it really pointless as you then know which ones to pick to make a particular point.

What I really wanted to know was why the one swinging on the rope looked so miserable - apparently that represented boredom?

I just couldn’t get into it so said I couldn’t pick a figure but if I saw a tree full of people like that I would definitely photograph it - and look I did :) I know that wasn’t quite the point of the exercise but this stuff just doesn’t do it for me.
