Celebrating 17 years with my lovely husband with a quick trip over to the west coast.

I’ve been west coast hungry for months having not making it over in the summer due to the never-ending-family-unwellness, so my lovely husband indulged me and agreed to my plan to spend a precious romantic child free weekend in a camping pod at the campsite in Applecross.

True Love that is.

We started the day in Strathpeffer and spent a few of hours in the incredible beauty of Contin forest, cycling the route of the Strathpuffer cycle race, then headed west for tea and cake at the Walled Garden and then dinner and drinks at the Applecross Inn.

Bliss.
