Silly Boy

I had booked the training hall after work today.

Hero worked on accuracy in some of his Ghost Story moves. 

Gollum worked on energy in his heelwork positions.

And Biscuit had fun with the dumbbell. Silly boy - this is not the correct and not the easiest way to carry it. I love his expression in this picture. It looks like he knows he is being silly and is laughing :-D
