Hazard Pay?

The pathway along the water's edge has been under reconstruction for some time. They are working their way from where it crosses the canal next to Playa Principal toward where it reaches Playa La Madera. These men were working at about the mid-point, but it certainly was not easy. Waves constantly washed over them as they were attempting to set the posts that will allow the pathway to be widened. I have said it many times, but nothing like this would ever be allowed in the United States.
