Sloes

When I see all the sloes looking lovely in the hedges I feel like I should pick them and do something with them. But I don't know what so I just take pictures of them instead!
I had big plans for today - getting loads done round the house, going to pilates and taking Archie on a long walk.
Miss E scuppered those plans by sludging down the stairs this morning, looking like death and saying she felt sick. She wanted to go to school but I thought that was pointless as I'd only get a call in a very short time asking me to go and get her. 
So it was back to bed with her and to school with Miss L.
Obviously I could have still got loads done around the house. But I didn't!!!
