Tiny Little Sunflower

I was up early today.  I had an appointment with my therapist at 8:30 this morning.  Hands up all those who want to dredge through some horrible events from their past first thing in the morning....

I'm seeing my therapist twice a week as part of a course of acute-therapy.  And it's not a lot of fun.  I feel kind of bruised afterwards.  But I feel like this is helping.

On the plus side, I received the official notification from the government department that my application for German citizenship has been received, and if I would be good enough to send them 255 Euro, they will get round to processing it.

I have sent them the money.  And now we wait to see what happens next...  Probably nothing for ages.
