Contrasts

Another day of domestic goddess duties, ridding our sitting room of builders dust and generally making it usable again. More of the same tomorrow as my Mum is coming to stay...must at least make the house look clean and tidy if not pristine!!

I’ve no idea what you call the flower in today’s photo but I love the contrast between the deep red of the flower and the golden seed head.
