I Give Up

Just about the laziest and most uninspiring Blip I've taken for quite some time. I blame the government, today I had to deal with yet another inspection by yet another government regulatory body for effectively the same procedure. We have to jump through pretty much the same regulatory hoops with four different agencies for approval on the same bit of work. The agencies don't even talk to each other and often ask exactly the same questions in a slightly different way using regulations that are all slightly different and, in some cases, contradictory. How on earth businesses are supposed to build the economy with such a regulatory shambles is anyones guess....such a shocking waste of public money to acheive not an awful lot really.....so that's why you got a boring picture....
