Colour on a grey day

Another preposterously late post just avoiding being a 'back blip'. Apologies if I don't catch up on all your posts and comments tonight, any missed will be looked at tomorrow. This picture shows the plant in the commune livingroom. Its owner isn't the best at watering it but inspite of looking dead on numerous occasions it's always bounced back from the 'droughts'. Recently it's started flowering again which is peculiar given how cold the room is during winter. When I got up this morning the bright yellow was a welcome distraction from the leaden skies. Sadly unable to say what type of plant this is, if anyone can help please leave a comment.
