Crab Spider

I went outside in desperation looking for a blip - and found this little crab spider on the geranium in a pot out front. And then - I managed to do that focus stacking thing! Yay me.

Also - I think I saw my hermit thrush in a tree out back at the edge of the woods this afternoon. That would mean s/he's the first of my winter friends to reappear. And it would be the earliest I've ever seen a hermit thrush here.
